About us
Two partners, every search.
Foley Robinson was founded in Austin by Evan Robinson and James Foley. We started the firm because hiring the right leader changes everything for a company, and that work deserves more care than a volume agency can give it.
When you work with us, you work with us directly. We keep our client list small, communicate openly, and treat every candidate conversation with discretion, whether someone is actively looking or just curious.

How does your fee work?
We work on contingency. There's no upfront cost, and you only pay a fee if you hire a candidate we introduced. We'll walk you through terms before the search begins.
How quickly will I see candidates?
It depends on the role, but we aim to share a first group of qualified candidates within a couple of weeks and keep you updated along the way.
Do you recruit outside Austin?
Yes. Austin is home, but we recruit nationally and run searches for clients in other markets too.
I'm a candidate. Is my search confidential?
Always. We never share your information with an employer without your permission, and we're happy to talk even if you're just exploring.
What if none of the candidates are the right fit?
We keep going. We'll refine the search with your feedback until you find the right person.
